It was a proud moment for the entire school when we were presented with the highest contributor trophy. Principal of the Senior School, Mr Simon Otieno and Principal of Junior School, Mr Les Wilkins were present at Butterfly Park to receive the trophy. Two of our students were also recognized as commendable contributors, Hafsa Parpia; who collected the highest amount of money in the whole school: Ksh 30,850.00 and Chaza Ikua collected Ksh 17,450.00.
A young girl of 6 years old attended the walk without her friends or family, her classmates were not able to attend but she said “my mother died of cancer; I was not here to be with my friends. I wanted to walk. I don’t want anyone to lose someone they love”.
