Our experience at the 16th Annual MSMUN Conference

14 April 2010

The Aga Khan Academy, Nairobi was proudly represented by students at the Model United Nations.

The Aga Khan Academy, Nairobi was proudly represented by students at the Model United Nations. The countries represented by our students were Barbados, Tunisia, Moldova, Lithuania and Bosnia. There was a lot of active debate which we all thoroughly enjoyed and contributed to as much as possible.

On the first day, there was a lobbying session in progress where we got to meet with delegates representing other countries from different schools. We got a chance to ask them to vote for our resolutions.

Over the next few days, we experienced live debate as we went to speak at the podium and voted for or against other countries resolutions in our respective committees which are; Ecology, Human rights, Technology and Health. We were accompanies by Mrs. Ayiro and Mr. Musili.

We had a great time, a lot of fun and we hope to get a chance to go next year.
