The School curriculum is based on East African syllabi that has been integrated and enriched with the British National curriculum. It is a broad and balanced curriculum emphasizing academic, social, emotional and physical development within a multicultural environment.
The School aims to provide every child with a fulfilling nursery experience that enables him/her to develop his/her natural creativity, imagination, curiosity while stimulating the joy of discovery and aiding in the acquisition of essential learning skills. To promote independence and self-confidence, each learning opportunity is enhanced by an open, friendly, child-focused environment.
The School encourages extra-curricular activities that enrich a child’s learning experience and skills. To this end, a wide variety of sports and extra-curricular activities are available.
Students can participate in afternoon clubs and activities including Tae Kwon Do, Music, Dance and Drama, Sports, Ballet, Cookery and Computer Club, Busy Bee which includes various Science experiments. This programme is optional for children aged between 4 - 6 years.
In addition, there is an annual Sports Day. Swimming and Physical Education is integrated in the School curriculum. While swimming is optional (with additional fees), weekly physical education lessons are mandatory for all students.
One of the School’s philosophies is to ensure holistic learning within the context of a stimulating, challenging and caring environment, one which respects and celebrates a child's interests, talents and differences.
The School is committed to providing an atmosphere where all children have an equal opportunity to learn, think, feel, do, explore, discover and work to the best of their ability in all areas of the curriculum. The entire school staff endeavours to see that the children excel to the best of their ability so that they can meet or exceed expectations.
