At the very heart of our conclusions - is one, central conviction: the key to future progress in the developing world will be its ability to identify, to develop, and to retain expert and effective home-grown leadership.

Optimal Learning Environment
Each Academy features a state-of-the-art campus that is purpose-built for the school. Every campus includes well-equipped classrooms and laboratories; facilities for various sports including swimming, racquet sports and athletics; well-planned resource areas; and safe and comfortable residential accommodations for students and faculty in residence.

Multidisciplinary Educational Programme
All Aga Khan Academies intend to offer the internationally recognised International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes. The IB is highly respected for the emphasis it places on critical thinking, active learning, and creative problem solving. It is also renowned for preparing students for admission to the best universities in their own countries and abroad.

The educational programme is enhanced by academic, co-curricular, and international travel and study experiences unique to the network of Aga Khan Academies. The broad educational experience provided by the Academies is designed to stimulate creativity and intellectual curiosity so that students can thrive in a world of rapid change and make informed judgements that are rooted in an ethical framework.

Cultivating Ethical Leaders
Each Academy aspires to produce graduates who have developed not only a strong capacity and desire to learn but also a pluralistic outlook and understanding of the world around them. The Aga Khan Academies aim to develop ethical leaders who will go on to build and lead institutions that support positive development in their countries and across the world.
