Sports at Aga Khan School, BangladeshDid we win, loose or just have fun?Captivating Performance
The students of Class VI participated in a joint musical workshop with Mathew's famous British Bard "Between the Notes". Students also participated in writing poems which were presented. This facilitated the students learning and demonstrated that education can take place outside the classroom.

Daily Star Award
The O and A level results were outstanding. The School's tudents achieved A grades in Biology (100 percent), Chemistry (100 percent), Economics (100 percent). In other subjects they secured 92 percent in Bangla, 86 percent in Pure Maths, 87 percent in Accounting. Out of 40 students, 6 students were awarded for A level courses and 34 students received awards for O level courses. These results were among the best for English Medium schools in Bangladesh.

Sports at Aga Khan School, Bangladesh
The School is proud of its young men and women in various interschool events. During the academic year, they took part in:

  • Soccer tournament hosted by AKS in October 2004.
    A. Under 18 boys champion.
    B. Under 15 boys champion.
  • Interschool Basketball tournament organised by SFX Green Herald School in February.
  • Interschool Girls Soccer tournament organised by AKS in February. Under 16 year champion.
  • Interschool girls basketball tournament organised by ISD in March.
  • City Cell Interschool Basketball tournament organised by St. Gregory's High School in March.
  • Interschool Cricket tournament organised by AISD in April.
  • Interschool Basketball tournament organised by ISD in May.
