Staff Development
The Shcool invests heavily in the training of its teachers. Teacher exchange programmes are supplemented by ongoing, in-house, in-service programmes for all levels of teachers and school leaders. The School provides professional development opportunities for its teachers on a continuous basis in order to help teachers understand and implement modern education philosophy and practice.

These opportunities, which include courses and training on content, teaching methods, student motivation and counseling, assist teachers enrich the school curriculum and implement school policy. They also assist faculty in building the professional capacity to work efficiently; improve school administration and maximise the potential of the School's students.
