Curriculum

The school offers both the KCSE (8-4-4 Kenya National Curriculum) from Form 1 to Form 4, as well as the International General Certificate of Education (IGCSE) from Grades 9 -11.  A-levels will be offered beginning September 2010.

CurriculumAt the Aga Khan High School, Nairobi, students can involve themselves in the planned creative activities.In the KCSE, subjects offered are:  English, Mathematics, Kiswahili, Chemistry, Biology and Physics, Christian and Islamic Religious Education, History and Government, Geography, Computer Studies, Home Science, Business Studies, and French.

In the IGCSE, the school offers English, Mathematics, Kiswahili, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, French, History, Geography, Business Studies and Computer Studies.

At the Aga Khan High School, Nairobi school trips complement the teacher’s role by providing a stimulating environment where, under the guidance of experienced facilitators, students can involve themselves in the planned creative activities - usually arts and crafts add fun and excitement to the learning experience.

Extra Curricular Activities
Students at the Aga Khan High School, Nairobi partake in a vibrant student life which includes many activities and clubs including Scouts/girl guides, Science Club, Junior Achievement Club and President’s Award Club.
