Awards
The holistic curriculum offered at the school enables our children to excel in most areas. In the academic year 2006/2007 our young swimmers did us proud by winning top positions in most CASA galas. At the CASA gala held on March 26, 2007, one of our students emerged the overall winner attaining first position in boys 25m Freestyle and 25m Backstroke.

The Aga Khan Nursery School has been hosting an annual inter-school Aqua Basketball Tournament. In the last tournament held in 2006, our school team emerged the overall winner of this tournament for the second time in a row.

At the inter-schools Dance and Verse Speaking Contest held on Saturday June 30 th 2007, the Aga Khan Nursery School, Mombasa scooped two awards. The school brought home the trophy for first position in the Dance contest and K3 student Renuka Nair, emerged the overall winner in Verse Speaking.

Our students also performed exceptionally well in the last LAMDA Introductory Examinations held in June 2007. We had a 100% pass rate with 7 Distinctions and 3 Merits.

During the Tae-Kwon-do grading exercise conducted in July 2007, 3 students from our school attained Blue belt Level 6 whilst two others attained Yellow belt level 7.

Our children are always conscious of their shared humanity and this year they participated in a sponsored read/draw/paint a page to raise funds for ACTS (Assist a child to school). Hence our curriculum touches not only the minds but also the hearts of our young pupils.
