The Aga Khan School, Osh recognizes the importance of a well-rounded education. Therefore, two periods are dedicated weekly to Extra-Curricular activities. Students can pursue a wide range of intellectual, sporting and social activities, such as debating, special projects on Kyrgyz Republic's ecosystem and production of the school newspaper. From 2003-04, Tae Kwan Do will be offered. To emphasise diverse world cultures, a model United Nations is offered as an extra curricular activity.

Drujba
The Student Council produces the Drujba (meaning "Friendship") quarterly. The newspaper is produced in three languages: Kyrgyz, English and Russian languages. With guidance and supervision from teachers, "Drujba" features announcements, stories, student interviews and useful information. Drujba often addresses important issues such as the environment, pollution and ecology.
