Achievements

2006
The over all 3 rd position in secondary school certificates (SSC) Karakuram international university board examinations was bagged by Shahzadi Malik Shah of AKHSS, Hunza. The result remained 100% with 70% scoring A1 and 30% scoring A grades.

The overall 1 st and 2 nd positions in Pre engineering and the overall 3 rd position in pre medical were secured by the students of AKHSS, Hunza in the higher secondary school certificate (HSS I) Karakuram International University Board Examination.

Four students from SSC have been awarded the Youth Exchange and Study Programme Scholarship by the International Education and Resource Network (IEARN). She will spend a year as an exchange student in an American high school.

2004
Shamsa Nazam, Grade X, was awarded the Youth Exchange and Study Programme Scholarship by the International Education and Resource Network (IEARN). She will spend a year as an exchange student in an American high school.

2003
In the 2003 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part I Board Examinations, Safina Begum, Shamsa Nazam and Farzana Perveen were the top three female students. An overall 88% of the students scored A1 and A grades with 12% securing Bs. The Karakuram International University, Examination Board conducts this examination.

Saima Kiran was the overall top student in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Part 1 examinations conducted by the Karakuram International University, Examination Board.

In the Federal Board Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) II Examinations, Nighat Bano came in second at the Northern Areas level.

80% of the students passed at First Division level in the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education and Karakuram International University, Northern Areas examinations. In these examinations, the top three students are recognized in the overall, female and male categories.
