Achievements
Around 3500 students have graduated from AKHSS, K, since 1997, the year our first batch graduated. They have succeeded in getting admissions into premier institutions of higher learning in Pakistan such as IBA, LUMS, NED University, NUCES, GIK Institute, NUST, AKU and DUHS. Many have joined Pakistan Armed Forces as Commissioned Officers. Some have acquired admissions in universities abroad.
It is no surprise that access of our graduates in quality institutions of higher learning is increasing year by year. This is evident from the fact that in many leading educational institutions, our graduates constitute the largest group of students from a single Higher Secondary School or Intermediate College in Karachi.
Our exceptional academic performance has not gone unnoticed. The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, has rated AKHSS, K, as the best institution in Karachi for the years 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002. We are confident that we will retain this status when the Board decides to announce the best institution awards for the year 2003 and beyond.
