To help students make informed decisions and
explore various career options according to their
potential and interest, the School organises seminars,
lectures and presentations by distinguished educational
institutions.
Students are also encouraged to apply for scholarships
offered by various national, international colleges
and universities. The School library has a Career
Guidance Section. Faculty also provide advice
to students.
Internship Programme
The school organises student internships in different
professions and organizations to learn and experience
work life. During the six-week internships, students
gain confidence, develop essential life skills
and discover career options.
Every summer (June and July), selected Class XI
students are placed with reputed and well-established
national and multinational organizations for four
to six weeks. A panel of teachers selects and
interview students exposing them to real life
interview situations. Students are short-listed
based on their academic performance, commitment
and interest in a particular profession. Interns
are briefed on work ethics, job discipline and
organizational culture before they begin work.
Upon completing the stint, students submit individual
/ group reports relating their experiences. The
School maintains regular contact with the partner
organizations and institutions.
