Admissions
The duration of the test is two hours in addition
to the instruction time. The admission test is based
on the current syllabi of the Board of Secondary
Education, Karachi for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,
Biology / Computer Studies, Pakistan Studies and
General Science. The section on English tests competency
in the English Language.
AKHSS expects honesty from all
the applicants. Dishonest behaviour during the test
or failure to comply with instructions will result
in disqualification of the applicant from the selection
process. The admission test s comprised of Multiple
Choice Questions (MCQs) of two hours duration. There
will be one mark for each correct answer and negative
one quarter for every wrong answer. The admission
test has three sections:
Section A: 30 MCQs (English)

Notes
There is one mark (1) for each correct
answer and a negative one-quarter mark (-1/4)
for every wrong answer.
The test should be answered on the answer sheet
that will be provided with the test paper.
Each question has only one right answer out of
four choices.
The right answer should be marked as under:
Example: [A] [B]
[C] [D]
Use a soft and dark pencil.
The right answer should be marked clearly.
If an answer has to be changed, erase the previous
answer completely.
An answer will be considered wrong if more than
one choice is marked.
