With the world of work changing at a fast pace, the School believes that students can profit from career guidance earlier in their school careers. Students can be guided step by step throughout their school years rather than only at the end of high secondary. To this end, the School offers a Career Guidance and Counseling programme under the able leadership of a qualified school counselor.

In addition, the School has organized the Career Fair ” Focus 2004” , which was the first of its kind in Dar es Salaam. The Fair included seminars conducted by various experts, an exhibition, booths by a variety of educational institutions and entertainment. This is now an annual event.
