Message from Headteacher

Welcome to the Aga Khan Nursery School, Mombasa, a well-known private nursery school with an excellent record of achievement.

Through our inquiry-based curriculum for students aged 2-6 years of age, our students develop their cognitive, leadership and life skills, all while having an enjoyable time with their teachers and classmates.

The School has the finest facilities – large conducive classrooms, a computer laboratory, a library, a resource centre, a music room, a swimming pool and a spacious playground. In addition, our highly qualified and experienced faculty consists of caring and devoted teachers who provide individual attention to each student, giving every child an opportunity to develop the attitudes, values and learning skills that provide a solid foundation to build on. We also have specialist teachers for Kiswahili, information and technology, music, swimming and physical education.

At the Aga Khan Nursery School, Mombasa, we believe in nurturing the talents of the children through co-curricular activities, such as Taekwondo, rollerblading, ballet, arts and crafts, swimming, football, music and IT. Curriculum

Through a challenging inquiry-based curriculum, the Aga Khan Nursery School, Mombasa prepares and ensures children are proficient in all areas of the curriculum.

The school also prepares its students holistically and exceptionally well for entries into the Aga Khan Academy Mombasa, British national schools as well as schools following the Kenya National Curriculum (CBC).

Extra-curricular Activities
