Here are the must-knows for a smooth admissions process:

Online Process

  1. Complete the online application form
  2. Please ensure that the following documents are uploaded in PDF format with the online application form:
    • Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhaar Card (if applicable)
    • School leaving certificate (this can be submitted later if not currently available)
    • Photocopy of the previous and current class Report Card
    • Photocopy of proof of address and Parent's Pan Card
    • Passport size digital photograph of the student
  3. After submitting the online application form, if there are seats available in the grade that you have applied for, an email with a payment link for the fees will be sent to you - parents are kindly requested to make the necessary payment online

In-School Process

  1. Complete the online application form
  2. Please submit the printed application form along with the following documents at the school office:
    • Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhaar Card (if applicable)
    • School leaving certificate (can be submitted later if not currently available)
    • UDISE Number (Unified District Information System for Education) from current school
    • Photocopy of the previous and current class Report Card
    • Photocopy of proof of address and Parent's Pan Card (original to be provided for verification)
    • Three passport size photographs of the student
  3. Please submit a cheque/cash with the first term fees to the school office. Please write the name of your ward and contact number on the rear side of the Cheque.

Admission will only be confirmed once the necessary documents are provided and the fee for the first term is paid. The school encourages parents to adhere to the principles and policies of the school.

Age Criteria for Preschool

  • Nursery: 2.5 years and above as on 30th September
  • Junior KG: 3.5 years and above as on 30th September
  • Senior KG: 4.5 years and above as on 30th September

Preschool Admission Process

  • The admissions policy of the Pre-school (Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG) is transparent, merit based and non-discriminatory.
  • Parent orientation sessions will be conducted by the Principal and the Section Heads, presenting the vision and core values of school followed by school achievements.
  • The Students Council will assist the parents with the school tour, showing the school learning environment and facilities.
  • Parents may choose to apply for admission online or at the school by following the relevant admission process.
